How Your Personalized Pendant Is Made — Step by Step

Every pendant that leaves our workshop is made for one specific person - there are no two identical pieces sitting in a warehouse, because each one is made only after an order comes in. Before it reaches your hands, it goes through a few stages. Here's how it works.

1. You Choose the Chain Color

It all starts with the color of the chain - the base that your pendant will later be attached to. In the catalog, you pick from ready-made options: single colors (gold, red, blue, green) and combined ones (gold-red, blue-green), all the way up to the four-color MIX. You make this choice first - before you've even decided what exactly will hang from the chain.

2. Your Design, Your Text

This is where personalization really begins. For your chosen chain, you design a pendant - a name, initials, a number, a phrase, or a symbol that means something to you. This is the moment the whole thing stops being "a product from a category" and becomes yours. At this stage, you can send us a graphic, a photo, a motif, or a description of your dream pendant, and we'll prepare a product proposal based on it.

3. A Design That Can Actually Be Printed

Every pendant has to fit within the hard limits of 3D printing:

• a maximum of 4 colors, no gradients or shading,
• dimensions of roughly 15×15 cm,
• bold, legible lettering - a small pendant doesn't forgive thin letters,
• a single closed shape with a hole for the chain.

These aren't limits for the sake of limits - they're the rules that make sure a pendant prints well, looks good, and wears well.

Within these boundaries, we usually design a few variants of the same motif, so you can pick the one that best captures what you want to express.

4. Printed Layer by Layer

Once the design is ready, it goes to the 3D printer. We use FDM printing - layer by layer, in your chosen colors. For smaller orders, 3D printing is what determines the pendant's final shape and color; for larger orders, we also use other production methods, but the design is always prepared to look consistent no matter which production route it takes.

5. Quality Check and Shipping

Every printed piece is checked by hand - color, edges, legibility of the text - before it goes into the package together with the chain. Only then does it head your way, ready to hang around your neck, in your car, or on your backpack, wherever you decide to take it.
